KUALA LUMPUR: City Motors Group recently celebrated the topping-off ceremony of its residential high-rise development Alfa Bangsar serviced apartments which has been 99% sold.
Located in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur with a gross development value of RM450mil, Alfa Bangsar has 42 storeys comprising 178 units, 25,900 sqft of commercial space, and a 220-room hotel managed by InterContinental Hotels Group.

A tree planting ceremony was held on the grounds of Alfa Bangsar, signalling the developer’s goal of achieving sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Alfa Bangsar is near Bangsar LRT station, shopping amenities, medical centres and schools. It is accessible via the Federal Highway, New Pantai Expressway (NPE), and Sprint Expressway.
