AFFORDABLE quality lifestyle is what Hon Residensi in Ampang, Selangor, promises future residents.
Sri Seltra Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of City Motors Group, unveiled Hon Residensi at its sales gallery in Taman Nirwana where the site is located.
Situated within the City Garden Commercial Centre, the mixed development spans 1.09ha and has a gross development value of RM102mil.
It features two residential blocks on a landscaped deck above a retail podium, with 27 shophouses on the ground floor.
The serviced apartment towers offer 172 leasehold units with built-up areas ranging from 700sq ft to 1,850sq ft, including some with a dual-key feature.
There are eight units on each floor, serviced by two elevators in each tower.
Block A, comprising 84 units, was officially opened for sale at the launch while Block B, with 88 units, is open for registration.
Sri Seltra Sdn Bhd director Terence Chia said response to Block A has been encouraging since its soft launch about a month ago, with a take-up rate of about 60%.
“The units are priced at about RM500 per sq ft while nearby properties are from RM1,000 to RM1,500.
“With its location and pricing, the development appeals to young professionals and families,” said Chia, adding that many buyers are children of the property developer’s existing homeowners.
City Motor Group chairman Datuk Foo Wan Kien said Hon Residensi was good value for money within the fringe of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
“We price our products affordably, without compromising on quality and ensure the completed properties are delivered on schedule,” said Foo.
